FAQ

When will I receive shipping confirmation?

Orders usually take 1-2 weeks to ship. But please allow up to 6 weeks during busier periods.

The same person who made the art is also fulfilling your orders and writing this FAQ. So please try to have a little patience with them/me.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! All prices and shipping charges are displayed as USD.

Do you combine shipping?

We sure do! However, some items must be shipped separately to ensure that they arrive to you safely, so you may receive multiple shipments from a single order. There will be a convenient breakdown of how your items will be shipped to you before you checkout!

If you have placed multiple orders using the same name/e-mail in a 24-hour period, your orders will be combined and you will be issued a partial shipping refund where applicable once the order has been fulfilled. However, if you are placing multiple orders please feel free to give us a heads up in advance, and be sure to put "combined shipping" in the subject line! And yes, of course we do all of this for international orders as well!

Oh no! I messed up my order!

No problem! Just get in touch with us as quickly as you can, and we will see what we can do!

I got charged tax?

Yep! If we are shipping to you, and you are in United States, we unfortunately have to charge you sales tax as part of the transaction.

Can I buy more than one copy of a print?

Nope! If stated, one item per person/household. All sales are final.

My order was partially/fully canceled? What gives!?

You either ordered multiples of the same item (see our policy on that above) or we made an inventory error on our side. In either case, we will do our best to contact you about any changes to your order before it ships. If you already received your order and you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us!

What is up with this repair/replacement guarantee on original art?

All original items (both on paper and sculptural) come with a lifetime repair/replacement guarantee. Basically, if overtime any problems arise with a piece of original art that is due to how it is made (peeling, coming unglued, etc), give us a holler and we will do our best to either repair or replace your item. Considering the nature of original art, some pieces will obviously not be able to be replaced entirely, but we can cross that bridge when we get to it!
